MUST SEE ”IN SPACE“
Space Sharm, the official number one club in the Middle East, will be celebrating its four year anniversary in October, which is gearing up to being ‘one of the biggest parties to ever happen in the beautiful city of Sharm El Sheikh’!
The club has a constant buzz around it and is home to great musical talent, hosting international producers and some stunning nights.
DJ Lith K has been one of the four resident DJ’s for the last three years. He started playing tracks at the young age of 16 and speaks affectionately about the vibrant music scene at the time in his native Syria and surrounding countries, Lebanon and Jordan.
He grew up in an environment surrounded by music, teaching himself music production.
Mastering his art, he went on and reached number 35 in the DJ Mag Middle East and from here, Syria’s first DJ and Producer of electronic music, exploded onto the scene.
Lith K is a real contender on the music circuit and has taken on some big talent in his career, playing alongside Trance’s Above and Beyond, Dash Berlin, Markus Schulz, Lange, Andy Duguid and Ashley Wallbridge.
He landed his first break with System Recordings and was signed up by the Phrenology label, eventually working his way onto the books of Istmo, an agency specialising in South American club music. The style is an organic mix of
indigenous folk, rap and house music, an original sound which received a lot of media attention, quoting him as the next big thing and rightly so.
Lithe is an innovator, his promo pictures show us that too, heavy black and white grainy prints show the creative brains behind the music.
He pulls in the crowds and has played to an audience of 30,000 people at Cairo Stadium as the headline DJ and is working with talent such Lucian Foort and DDZ, on different projects.
You can find him, dropping the beats in Space, which has been rated the number one club in the Middle East for the last two years running by DJ Magazine and Lith K, the number one DJ.
The Club packs in 7- 800 people on each of its three flagship nights a week and has great sound equipment by Funktion-One, a lightening system and laser show.
Monday covers the Ibiza session, a set created to capture the Balearic island sound, which draws in an international audience. DJ’s Lith K and Zai, create original house with music by international artists such as Sebastian Drums, Kim Fai and Gregori Klosman. The set starts 11.30pm.
The club’s second night, ‘Escape Thursdays’ delivers a bespoke mix of house every Thursday from 11.30pm until 4.00am.
On Saturdays, ‘Urban Knights’ kicks off at 11.30pm covering R ’n B and Hip Hop, dubstep, drum & bass and garage.
