World turns its attention to Sharm El Sheikh
From 6-18 November, the world will turn its attention to Sharm El Sheikh, where the 27th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP27) will take place.
The conference will be held under the slogan “Together for implementation”, and will see the participation of more than 100 heads of state, ministers, heads of international organizations, and NGOs.

The report also said that “Finance Day” will be held on November 9, within the the activities of COP27.
The Finance Day will tackle the issues of the “innovative financing” and fair transformation financing, the role of the private sector in mobilizing financial resources and directing them to environmentally-friendly projects.
Participants will also convene on November 10 to tackle issue related to the ocean science during an event, which will be held under the rubric “Science and Youth”.
The negotiations will also include technical discussions, for example, to specify the way in which nations should practically measure their emissions, so there’s a level playing field for everyone.Tags:climate change, COP27, sharm, Sharm El Sheikh, UN, United Nations, world
