Russian tourists arrived in Sharm el-Sheikh on a Kazakh flight
A total of 223 Russian tourists arrived in Sharm el-Sheikh Monday on a flight from Kazakhstan, as a flight from the city of Taraz is scheduled to land in the Red Sea resort every week, carrying mainly Russian holidaymakers.
Director of Sharm el-Sheikh Airport Hossam Tambour received the wave of tourists, and Folklore bands performed for them at the international airport.
On Nov. 8, direct flights from Azerbijan to Sharm el-Sheikh will also begin.
Such flights will accommodate Russian tourists until direct flights form Russia to Sharm el-Sheikh return, as they have been halted since a Russian plane crashed shortly after takeoff from Sharm el-Sheikh in October 2015.

Ramy Wissa it us very short and comfortable way from the part of Russia which is close to Ural mountains. But for European part (where we are) it is sooooo far away. For us is still easier to take a train trip to Moscow and fly through Turkey or Greece or Jordan. This is why the massive Russian tourist from European part of Russia still choose other countries for holidays. Cause it comes out that Egypt is too expensive. But for middle of Russia yes, it is a wonderful chance to get a piece of sea.
